Description
As the Audit Manager of the JCCS Employee Benefit Consulting Group my primary focus is auditing employee Profit Sharing, 401(k), Defined Benefit and ESOP benefit plans. I also perform compliance audits for Union plans as well as serve as the Plan Administrator for a number of benefit plans operated by the JCCS Employee Benefit Consulting Group. In addition to the above I prepare retirement plan documents for JCCS Employee Benefit Consulting Group's plan administration clients.
I believe my behind the scenes look and experience with retirement plan administration and understanding of plan documents gives me an added edge in auditing retirement plans.
