Anneliese Swingle

Anneliese Swingle, owner of Force Fitness, LLC has worked in the fitness field for over 28 years. Her education/certifications include:

· BS Degree in Organizational Communications
· Personal Trainer
· Health Coach
· Group Exercise Instructor
· Corrective Exercise Specialist

As a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Anneliese incorporates the Biomechanics Method to help clients relieve chronic pain so they can resume a regular workout routine, or just get back to doing normal every day activities. She trains, and coaches clients from her “Force Fitness” personal training studio as well as online utilizing 12 week or 6 month weight loss programs.

Anneliese teaches 3 classes at Fuel Fitness which include: TRX Mbody training, Spinning, and Weight lifting. Anneliese also crafted and implemented Parkfit, a free community workout that was held in different parks throughout the summer.
